Bookings & quotes

• Bookings are made over WhatsApp or phone (+91 98637 89990) and are confirmed once the agreed advance is received.
• Every quote is personalised to your group size, vehicle, season and add-ons. Unless stated otherwise, quotes include the vehicle, driver, fuel, parking and tolls.
• Entry tickets, boating/safari fees, meals and personal expenses are paid directly by the guest unless the quote says otherwise.

Payments

• An advance confirms the booking; the balance is payable before or at the start of the trip.
• We accept UPI and bank transfer. Please keep the payment reference until the trip completes.

Cancellations & changes

• Cancellation terms are shared along with your quote and depend on how close to the travel date you cancel.
• If weather, road closures or authority restrictions (common in the hills during monsoon) force a change, we will offer the best alternative route or a reschedule first.
• Unused services after a trip has started are not refundable.

Itineraries & vehicles

• Itineraries on this website are samples — stops, order and timing flex with weather, traffic and daylight. Your driver will always suggest the safest plan on the day.
• All vehicles are chauffeur-driven by our drivers. We do not provide self-drive vehicles.
• Please look after personal belongings; the company is not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

Documents & permits

• Guests must carry a valid government photo ID; certain viewpoints (e.g. Shillong Peak) require it.
• For Arunachal Pradesh (Tawang), we arrange the Inner Line Permit with the documents you provide. Foreign nationals may need a Protected Area Permit — please tell us early.

Liability

• We take reasonable care throughout, but we are not liable for delays or changes caused by weather, landslides, strikes, road closures or other events beyond our control.
• Travel insurance is recommended for multi-day trips.
